London, Ontario-based First Aid and CPR training provider for businesses, groups, associations, and individuals, First2Aid offers WSIB-approved First Aid and CPR training courses. Corporations, schools, and groups can book on-site training sessions while individuals and small groups can register for one of our many public courses throughout Ontario. For our company, it is not a training we offer, it is a way of life to keep you, your family, co-workers, and the community safe and prepared.
Every First Aid and CPR course offered by First 2 Aid is taught by an expert certified Red Cross instructor with years of experience teaching First Aid and CPR.
Wellness Fair
A wellness fair is a Workshop day provided by an employer to help promote and educate employees on health and wellness. Although wellness fairs are typically planned and hosted by an employer.
Mask Fit Testing
We charge $50.00 per individual test. We have purchased masks for a higher price. We also use Sanitized testing hoods. For groups of 10 or more people, please contact us.
We provide a Qualitative 3M N95 Mask Fit test for groups. This Respirator Protection Training session is focused on the importance of proper respirator protection, the selection of the appropriate mask for the workplace, an inspection of the mask, proper mask donning and doffing and seal test, and cleaning and storage of the masks.

Unaware that I needed to recertify once a year, I was able to get in at the last minute in only a few days. Sam was by far with the best CPR instructor I have ever had. He made class interesting and the time flew by. I learned a few new things today and I have been taking CPR course for 30 years. I highly recommend this course to anyone needing certification. You will definitely get the knowledge you need from this class and I look forward to attending again in a year! Thanks Sam!

Excellent course and Instructor
I took the CPR/AED course and it was great! Sam is an excellent instructor, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and ask questions. Would highly recommend this course for work or personal knowledge. Lots of opportunity to practice on adult and infant dummies. The course also covers children and infants. Thank you Sam!
