Late Arrival
Arriving on time matters more in a hands-on skills course than in a typical class — missed content usually can't be recovered mid-session.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in denied entry if the content you missed can't reasonably be caught up.
- If you're denied entry due to lateness, it's treated the same as a reschedule request, and a $75 fee applies.
- Repeated late arrivals across bookings may require re-registering at full course price rather than a reschedule rate.
Example: If you arrive 20 minutes into a 7-hour Basic First Aid & CPR course and the instructor has already covered a hands-on skill you'll be tested on, you may be asked to reschedule rather than join partway through.
This exists because certification requires demonstrating specific skills in sequence — joining partway through means missing steps the instructor can't easily repeat just for one latecomer without disrupting the group.
