Participant Cancellation
If your plans change, how much you get back depends on how much notice you give us.
- More than 7 calendar days before the course: Full refund, minus a $35 administrative fee — or skip the fee entirely by transferring to another available course date instead.
- 3–7 calendar days before the course: No refund, but you can reschedule to another date for a $35 fee, subject to seat availability.
- Less than 72 hours before the course: No refund and no fee-based rescheduling option at this stage.
Example: If your course is on a Saturday and you need to cancel the Tuesday before, you're in the 3-7 day window — no refund, but a $35 reschedule is available if space allows.
These windows exist to give us enough notice to fill your seat from a waitlist or adjust instructor staffing — the closer to course day, the harder that becomes.

Q: Can I get a partial refund if I cancel 5 days before class?
